At Moire by Asma Nizam, we prioritize quality and customer satisfaction. Our return and exchange policy allows for returns of faulty items within 7 days of delivery, with the option of an exchange for major faults. Alterations are accepted within 48 hours of purchase, and certain items are non-returnable, such as sale and ready-to-ship items. Personal preference returns are not accepted. Please note that we do not provide refunds. Thank you for choosing us for your fashion needs, and your satisfaction remains our priority.

Quality Concerns

  • If you find the product faulty in terms of its quality or workmanship, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Our team would love to help you further.
  • Our dedicated Quality Department will promptly investigate the matter and provide a response.
  • In the event of a major fault identified by our experts, we may offer an exchange.
  • To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (invoice or email confirmation issued by our company) is required for all exchange requests.

Alterations and Order Adjustments

  • Any changes or alterations to your order can be accommodated within 24 hours of the initial purchase.
  • We can only entertain alterations reported within a week after you’ve received the outfit.

Non-Eligible Items

Please note that certain items are not eligible for exchange, refund, or chargeback. These include sale articles and ready-to-ship items.

Personal Preference

We do not offer returns or exchanges based on personal liking or disliking of the product. Our exchange policy is strictly tied to quality issues.

Care Instructions

  • While we strive to provide products of the highest quality, we cannot be held responsible for bleeding, damage to prints, or fading of colors resulting from washing.
  • The company only guarantees embroideries that are specifically mentioned on the product inlays; anything else used in the stitching is intended solely for photographic purposes.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

As per the terms and conditions of Cash on Delivery (COD), the courier company will not allow customers to open the package before making the payment. We appreciate your trust in us for your fashion needs and remain dedicated to providing exceptional service.

Return Policy
